Traditional Spring Equinox Ceremony

In celebration of the approaching shift of season, we gathering Ceremonially with Sacred Song, music and Prayer to recall the gifts from the Winter of Dreaming and to purify ourselves of fears, patterns, wounds and issues in preparation of the emergence of Spring. Additionally, Prayers, intentions and seeds of peace, healing and balance are planted and visibly expressed to the Ancestors and the Earth. The Ceremony is conducted in a Traditional manner. Regarding protocols, participants are required to be a minimum of 24 hours clear of alcohol and recreational substances. As for appropriate attire, women wear ankle length skirts/dresses and shirts that cover the shoulders. Men wear pants and shirts that cover the shoulders. Those of other identities wear sarongs over shorts/pants and a shirt that cover the shoulders. As a courtesy, please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes and essential oils.
