ABOUT ME
My heartfelt desire is to be of service to humanity. I am passionate about the benefits of psychedelic-assisted therapy as a novel approach to the field of psychology. As a lifelong learner of natural medicine and alternative therapies, I continue to take courses that allow me to offer my clients a well-rounded healing approach. Diversity, equity, awareness and a sensitivity to work within an intersectional lens are important aspects of my coaching style. All genders and orientations are openly welcomed.
EXPERIENCE
I am a transpersonal psychologist, psychedelic-positive integration and life coach, creative artist, multi-passionate entrepreneur, transpersonal psychologist, Chinese medicine practitioner, spiritual scholar, LGBTQIA+ community member, and devoted mother.
I am passionate about supporting and enabling people through personal exploration as they self-heal. I spent many years supporting women as a birth and postpartum doula. The childbirth experience is a transformational time as a woman not only birth’s their baby but birth’s a new self. My work as a doula has prepared me to support all genders through the transformation of non-ordinary states of consciousness. A psychedelic journey is a metamorphosis and rebirth process in many ways.
My primary research interest is on the therapeutic use of entheogenic and psychedelic medicines. I am committed to a lifelong path of learning and inner transformation. I would be honored to be a part of your journey and work with you as you rediscover your true essence and begin to live the joyful life you truly deserve to live!

The quintessential goal with coaching is that it will help you to be remarkedly confident in your ability to navigate not only your journey but your new life afterward.
In preparation coaching, I work from a place of harm reduction, minimizing risks, and within a framework of cultural competence. With integration coaching, I can work with you to illuminate, clarify, and deepen your understanding of the insights you gleaned during your journey into the realm of expanded consciousness.
Within my practice, I serve individuals and groups who are on a path of recovery, healing, psycho-spiritual transformation, self-actualization, and life optimization.
My integration approach draws from transpersonal psychology methods, Chinese medicine, somatic experiencing, and Indigenous healing modalities to fuse ancient wisdom with modern and practical practices. Integration helps to support your autonomy and can support you in creating a new therapy for yourself.
My coaching is centered on an individual's mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.
The goal is to help you find your True Self underneath the masks, stories, and suffering of life experiences. Having a deep understanding of one's challenges, traumas, and suffering can be a catalyst for healing.
Integration is the process of consciously transforming yourself and your life using the insights from your psychedelic experiences.
I am here to provide a collaborative and judgment-free space as you explore yourself and integrate the psychedelic journey you’ve experienced into your daily life.
When assisting my clients with post-psychedelic healing, we create a map of how these insights can be used to live healthier, happier, stronger more productive lives, in service to our human family.
